Who is Behind UCPaWS?

Founded on Experience. Built Through Partnership.

Urban Canine Pest and Wildlife Solutions (UCPaWS) was founded by Kimberly Camera in Aiken County, South Carolina. What began as a vision rooted in wildlife science and canine capability has grown into a structured, modern approach to pest and wildlife management across the Southeast.

In 2026, Jocelyn Wykoff joined UCPaWS as an "official" partner, bringing strategic leadership, operational structure, and growth-focused systems to the company.

We’re proud to be women-owned — and equally proud to be supported by an incredible team of skilled men and women who share our commitment to doing the job right.

Our formula isn’t complicated:

Deliver high-quality service with a smile.
Show up on time.
Go over and above.

Be accessible. Friendly. Professional. Respectful.
Lead with service. Think with innovation.
Work as a team. Build long-term relationships.

That’s it.

Kimberly Camera: Wildlife Science Meets Modern Pest Management
kim@ucpaws.com

Kimberly’s foundation in wildlife management began in national conservation fieldwork, including raptor-banding and migration studies across the country. She trained under legendary conservationist Fran Hamerstrom and developed a lifelong commitment to ecological stewardship.

She later spent a decade in FEMA Urban Search and Rescue, handling and training both Human Remains Detection and Live-Find dogs. That experience sharpened her discipline and deepened her understanding of canine capability in high-stakes environments.

As a licensed falconer, Kimberly has witnessed the impact rodenticides can have on birds of prey. That perspective shapes her mission today: reframing rodent control as wildlife management within built environments and promoting responsible, science-driven solutions.

At UCPaWS, Kimberly integrates ecological science, trained detection dogs, and structured workflow to deliver humane, data-informed rodent management programs that reduce long-term environmental impact while improving results.

Jocelyn Wykoff: Strategy, Structure & Relationship-Driven Leadership
jocelyn@ucpaws.com

Jocelyn is the founder of Kiss It Jane, a boutique marketing consulting firm supporting small businesses and nonprofits with fractional leadership and practical strategy. Her approach is rooted in clarity, consistency, and building systems that actually work.

With a background in the marketing & medical field, Jocelyn brings a disciplined, systems-oriented mindset to operations and client experience. She and Kimberly met through a mutual friend and quickly recognized how their skill sets complemented each other — science and structure, field expertise and strategic growth.

For over a decade, Jocelyn’s family bred Fox Red Labradors, with dogs placed as family companions, hunters, and service animals. Her familiarity with working dogs and training environments brings an added layer of understanding to the UCPaWS K9 program.

Together, she and Kimberly hope to continue growing UCPaWS into a structured, professional operation serving commercial properties across the Southeast and beyond.

“This company was built one long day — and a lot of late nights — at a time. We believe in showing up, doing it right, and standing behind our work.”
