Goose control is the intentional use of pressure to disrupt feeding, nesting, and loafing behaviors that cause geese to repeatedly return to the same locations. When pressure is applied consistently and correctly, geese learn that an area is no longer safe or desirable.

Dispersal programs are designed to change behavior patterns over time, not simply move geese temporarily.
